Actions are tasks that the Agents can perform to complete your workflows.

Let’s go through the main Actions available to your Agents!

Web Search

This Action allows your Agents to use the internet to search for information. It is powered by Google Search.

This action does not require any set up.

Monitor social media content

This Action allows your Agent to monitor social media channels. It currently supports monitoring:

• LinkedIn accounts
• Twitter accounts
• Instagram accounts
• YouTube channels
• Blogs and Feed RSS
• Keywords

To set it up, open the Actions panel in edit mode, click on the Monitor social media content action, and select the social media accounts you want to monitor.

You can either choose from a list of social media accounts that are already available, or paste a URL to a source of your choice.

You can optionally upload a CSV with a list of URLs you want to add in bulk to the Action.

Read Spreadsheet

This Action allows your Agents to read from a Google Sheet. It only supports native Google Sheets, so it won’t work with .xlsx files.
